Singing Essence Terms and Conditions:

Singing Essence represents Nanuka Celesta Nuura Engelschmidt below also referred to as Nanuka or"I".

Client, Byuer, Customer below also referred to below as "you".

All visitors have access to information provided on my website.

1. OWNERSHIP

I have full copyright of all materials, digital files, downloads, songs, text and photos shared on the site, excluding free photos from pexels, as according to danish legislation.

Singing Essence and owner Nanuka Celesta Nuura Engelschmidt remain owner of all rights, copyrights and composer ownership of all delivered digital material digital and audio including individual songs, sound and meditations.

By purchace right of use is obtained. This right is for personal use. All products and material must be considered confidential and may not be shared or delivered to third party. Products and materials may only be used for personal use unless prior agreed upon in writing with Singing Essence.

Products and materials must not be used to in other pruposes than what they are designed to and purchased as, hereunder they may not specifically be used commercially in direct or indirect competition with the company Singing Essence.

2. PRICES

Prices are as shown at the time of purchase. Buyer will be invoiced price actual at the day of purchase. Prices may vary. The price shown is the invoiced price.

3. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

If you regret your purchase of session within 14 days, you may receive the full price received refunded by exception of the following:

Digital Products: All digital products, purchased recordings and downloads are non- refundable including all recorded songs, meditations etc.

Sessions: After making an appointment and/of purchase of a session and after confirmation by Singing Essence and Nanuka or course sessions specific rules are applicable:

If for any reason I will need to reschedule an apointment, I will aim to give you a new session time within a month, preferably at same weekday and time.

If you should need to cancel an apointment please do so within 48 hours. If you fail to do so, I will not be obliged to compensate you with a new session. If client fails to show up physically on online at the time scheduled within first 15 minutes, Nanuka will not be obliged to hold the session.

You the Client will solely be responsible for timely attendance and a sustainable internet connection.

Purchase of sessions and products are binding. After ended session or delivery of product there is no money refund.

Payment takes place online through wix platform in danish currency. For danish and swedish customers, mobile pay is also an option.

Services, sessions and digital products are to be considered to be in the field self awareness, selfdevelopment area and voice coaching. I am not a medical or healthcare professional. As a speak therapist I do not substitute a licensed ear nose throat doctor. I am not providing healthcare, medical, pchycological or psychotherapy therapy services or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent any physical, mental or emotional issues.

The information on my website is my personal insights and viewpoints and are solely for informational purposes and is not intended to substitute any professional medical advice, diagnoses or treatment. It is your responsibility to always seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

Working with your voice, breath, meditation or sound can cause reactions emotionally or physically. I can't take any responsibility for your actions or any harm or damage you might suffer as a result of the use or non use of my advice or information.

Please note that I don't make any guarantees about the results of your sessions or information applied. I share selfdevelopment, voice coaching and spiritual insights that are intended to help you grow, evolve and being more of who you are. It is my intended purpose to provide you with the best support possible within your purchased sessions. You nevertheless need to be aware that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation and innumerable other circumstances beyond my control.

7. ETHICS:

Singing Essence and Nanuka will do her very best to uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics and respect. I expect a civil and respectful manner of communication in return.

8. RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL:

Nanuka has a right to reject any customer for any reason at any given time.

This right may also come into effect if for any reason a session, does not seems to be at a clients best interest at a given time. If so this will be in respect and love of that persons journey.

9. Privacy

Singing Essence will not deliver any information of name, phone number, mail of client to third party without client consent.
Singing Essence has the right to at any given time, make changes in terms and conditions.

Products are delivered digitally via e mail.
Online sessions will be held on zoom or if agreed upon by both client and Nanuka on other web platforms or whats app call. Digital purchases will be delivered digitally, this including meditation, supportive session songs.

All recordings and products is solely for your personal use and not to be shared with third party. It is not permitted to copy, share or pass on any content from courses, sessions or teachings
