​​​My artist name since I was 20 has been Nana Stasshia. My name has served me well, but as the truth for me is that everything is vibration, it felt natural for me to make a change in my name, my future artist name will be Celesta Nuura.

After almost 10 years of Silence in regards to my own singing, I began singing again in 2022.

At this time, I let my singing be heard, felt and shared after many years. This felt like re-connecting to a very essential part of me. Now I am in the process of writing new songs. This is quite an adventure.

2024 I was in the studio with a very special project and it was amazing. I was asked to write a song. I am unfortunately not able to share it yet and it has only been shared to certain test groups in my network and network associated with the project. The song is a healing, a hymn, an activator. It is a song which is both a song and vibrational transformative experience, which can be used as meditation, affirmation and a tool to shift your vibration.

The latest release available on streaming and online purchase is: Moving in and out of Shadows, which was released 2014.This EP was created as a journey in the process of “Bearing the Unbearable” of loss, sorrow, fear of losing again and of how hope and love brings us forward and back to life. It was my intention to emphasize the right to mourning after a loss. Yet I didn’t want the tone of the EP to be depressing, but rather embracing and opening.

My music partner at the time, KP. Larsen, who produced and co-created this project, was good at capturing vulnerability and intent with the individual songs.

I was highly pregnant with my daughter for most of the recordings, so she has been a big part of this project. And when I wrote the song “Under the Snow”, I was pregnant with my son in 2005. Almost 10 years before the release. That amazes me. Oh, and a single, “Kind of Cruel”, a more upbeat song was requested by our promotion agency, the original longer version was more complete, but yes it was different and interesting.
